I recently used the services of a recruitment agency to find new employees for my company. The experience was okay, but I wasn't completely satisfied. The agency did manage to find a few potential candidates, but none of them were a perfect fit for the positions we were looking to fill. I also found the communication with the agency to be a bit lacking. Overall, the experience was average, and I believe there is room for improvement. However, I do appreciate the effort the agency put into trying to find suitable candidates.
