I recently had the chance to work with a construction company and I must say that my experience was quite average. The company's website was informative and easy to navigate, providing me with a clear understanding of their services. However, I found the overall communication aspect to be lacking. It took a significant amount of time for them to respond to my inquiries, which delayed the progress of the project. While the quality of their work was satisfactory, there were some minor inconsistencies that needed to be addressed. The pricing was reasonable and competitive, but I did expect a bit more value for the money. Overall, my experience with this company was not exceptional but also not terrible. They have potential to improve their customer service and attention to detail in order to deliver a more satisfying experience to their clients.
