I recently used this travel company for a trip, and it was a fairly decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of options for tours and packages. The booking process was smooth and I received prompt confirmation. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness to my inquiries. The tour itself was well-organized and the itinerary was fulfilling, but it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of the overall value for the price paid. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, which added to the experience. Overall, it was an average experience with some ups and downs. I may consider using them again, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service.
