I recently purchased a 3D printer from this company and I have to say I'm quite impressed with the quality of the product. The customer service was helpful and the shipping was fast. However, I did encounter some issues with the user manual, which was a bit confusing for a beginner like me. It would be great if they could improve the instructions to make the setup process smoother. The machine itself works well, but I had to figure out a few things on my own due to the lack of clear guidelines. Overall, I give them 3 out of 5 stars. I appreciate the decent service and product quality, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness. 🙂
