I recently had the opportunity to work with Ecologic team for my home renovation project. Overall, I would rate their services as average. The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services, which I found helpful. However, their response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and I often had to follow up multiple times before receiving a satisfactory response. Additionally, the project took longer to complete than initially promised, causing some inconvenience for me and my family. On a positive note, the quality of the work was decent, with attention to detail in the final outcome. The team members were polite and professional, but I felt they could have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of the project. In conclusion, while the end result was satisfactory, the overall experience with Ecologic team was average due to the slow communication and extended timeline.
