I recently flew with this airline and I was pleasantly surprised by their affordable prices and convenient online booking system. However, I did experience some inconvenience during the boarding process, as it felt chaotic and disorganized. 🤔 The flight itself was okay, but the seats were not the most comfortable and the legroom was quite limited. The staff were polite, although the service felt a bit rushed at times. I appreciated the fact that they were transparent about their additional fees, so there were no unexpected surprises. Overall, it was an average experience for me. Hopefully, there will be some improvements in the future.
