My experience with the Board of Airline Representatives of Australia (BARA) was okay. While their website bara.org.au provided some useful information, I expected more in terms of user-friendliness and overall content. It would have been helpful to have clearer navigation and more detailed resources. However, the staff members were friendly and responsive to my queries. I hope BARA can improve its online presence to better assist airline operators in Australia.
