⭐⭐⭐ The experience with this travel company was overall quite average. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed for my trip to China. 🌍 However, the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and it took longer than expected to receive detailed itineraries and confirmations. 😞 Additionally, the tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, but at times a bit rushed, which made it challenging to fully enjoy the attractions. 🚶‍♀️ The accommodations were comfortable and clean, but some of the advertised amenities were not available. 🏨 On a positive note, the transportation was efficient and comfortable. 🚗💺 Overall, while the company provided a decent travel experience, there were some areas for improvement to make it truly exceptional. 😊
