I recently joined a class at ishvarayoga.com.au and I was pleasantly surprised. The instructors were knowledgeable and provided clear instructions throughout the session. The studio had a calming atmosphere, and I found the class to be rejuvenating. I appreciated the attention to detail and the focus on individual progress. Highly recommended for all levels.
