I have been a customer of Ace body corporate management for several years now, and I must say they have been doing an average job. The customer service is lacking at times, and there have been instances of miscommunication. However, the overall management of the property has been satisfactory. They respond to issues and maintenance requests in a timely manner. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future.
