I recently had the opportunity to work with a European insurance company and overall, my experience was average. While their website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services, I found the customer service to be lacking. It often took longer than anticipated to receive a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Additionally, the options presented to me did not feel personalized and lacked flexibility. However, I must commend them on their competitive prices. The premiums offered were lower compared to other companies in the market. Although certain aspects of my experience were subpar, I believe with some improvements in their customer service and more personalized options, this company has the potential to excel in the insurance industry.
