I have been a customer of Ex-co for several years ...

I have been a customer of Ex-co for several years now and I must say that their services have been average at best. While they deliver on their promises, the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. The customer service is also lackluster, with unhelpful representatives who seem more interested in getting you off the phone than actually solving your issue. Overall, I would say that Ex-co is just average and there are certainly better options out there.
