I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of Encore audio/video and I must say my experience was average at best. The website layout was easy to navigate, making it simple to find the necessary information. However, I found the overall pricing to be a bit steep, especially considering the quality of the audio/video equipment provided. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with the technicians being knowledgeable and friendly. However, I did encounter some issues with the functionality of the system after the installation was completed, requiring multiple follow-up visits to resolve. While the customer service was satisfactory, it would have been more convenient if the issues had been addressed during the initial installation. In conclusion, Encore audio/video offers decent services, but improvements could be made in terms of pricing and ensuring a fully functional system post-installation.
