I had a mixed experience at the Charleston International Airport. While the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean, the overall organization and efficiency of the airport could be improved. The waiting areas were crowded and it took longer than expected to go through security. However, once on the plane, the flight was pleasant. I hope the airport takes steps to improve its operations.
