I have been using the services of Action for Relie...

I have been using the services of Action for Relief & Development (ARD) for a while now and I must say they have been doing an average job. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is definitely room for improvement. Sometimes their response time to queries can be quite slow, which can be frustrating. However, they do take the time to address any issues and provide a satisfactory resolution. Overall, I would say their service is decent.
