I recently came across a real estate company while searching for properties in Westcliffe, Colorado. The website was easy to navigate and had a good display of available properties. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The agents were knowledgeable, but lacked personalization in their approach. The website could also use some improvements in terms of updated property listings and more detailed descriptions. While the company seems reliable and provides a decent platform for real estate transactions, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and customer engagement.
