I recently had an experience with a hospital in Dammam, and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and professional. However, I found the waiting times to be a bit longer than expected, and the communication regarding appointment scheduling could have been better. In terms of medical care, the services provided were satisfactory, but I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of patient education and follow-up care. The hospital's website contained useful information, but navigation could be more user-friendly. Overall, my experience was okay, but there is definitely potential for the hospital to enhance the overall patient experience.
