I recently had some experiences with a management company and I must say that they were average at best. The website was easy to navigate, but the overall communication from the company left much to be desired. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Moreover, the customer service was average as well. The representatives I spoke to were polite, but they didn't seem to go above and beyond to assist me with my concerns. In terms of efficiency and effectiveness, they were just okay. While they were able to complete the tasks I requested, it often took longer than expected. Overall, my experience with this company was average. If you're looking for prompt and exceptional service, I'd suggest exploring other options in the market.
