I recently used the services of this company and found their loyalty program to be quite average. While the program does offer some benefits, I felt that the rewards could be more attractive and the user experience could be improved. The customer service was satisfactory, but I encountered a few technical issues while trying to redeem my rewards which was a bit frustrating. The communication from the company was also lacking at times, as I didn't receive timely updates on my account. Overall, I would say that my experience with the company was average. There is definitely potential for improvement in terms of the loyalty program offerings and customer communication.
