As a member of Espaco fisico, I can confidently say that it is an excellent gym. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the variety of classes offered is impressive. I particularly enjoy the cycling and yoga classes. The gym has a great atmosphere that keeps me motivated during my workouts. Highly recommend!
