As a customer, I found the website's user interface to be quite outdated and not very user-friendly. Navigating through the site was somewhat confusing, and it took me longer than expected to find the information I needed. Additionally, the booking process was not as seamless as I had hoped for, and I encountered some technical glitches along the way. While the company offered a decent range of options, the overall experience left me feeling a bit frustrated. I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of the website's functionality and design.
