I recently went on a trip with Eurostral, and it was an average experience. The customer service was decent, but there were some hiccups with the itinerary. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the lack of energy during the tour was disappointing. The accommodations were comfortable, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average trip.
