I have had both positive and negative experiences with DHL Express Belgium. While most of my shipments were delivered on time and in good condition, there were a few instances where there were delays or mishandling of packages. The customer service was generally helpful, but there were a few instances where I encountered unhelpful representatives. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
