I recently used a tax assessor for my property, and it was a decent experience. The customer service was mediocre, and the representatives seemed unenthusiastic about helping. The website was not the most user-friendly, and it took some time to find the information I needed. Overall, it was an average experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
