I recently purchased a door from this company and my experience was average. The door itself is of decent quality, but I encountered some issues with the installation process. The customer service was responsive in addressing my concerns, but it took longer than expected to resolve the issues. The delivery was also delayed, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the product is satisfactory, but the overall experience could have been smoother. I appreciate the efforts made by the customer service team to assist me, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication.
