I had a mixed experience with Neocom s.r.l. The product I ordered was great and arrived on time, but the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with the delivery and it took a long time to get a response. However, once I did get in touch with someone, they were able to resolve the issue. Overall, I would recommend Neocom s.r.l for their products but suggest they improve their customer service.
