As a customer, I found the work of this architectural firm to be average. The designs were decent, but I felt that the communication and collaboration were lacking. The team seemed to be focused on their own vision without taking my preferences and ideas into full consideration. The project took longer than expected, and I encountered some difficulties in getting updates and progress reports. 🏢 Overall, I think they have potential, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of client engagement and project management.
