I recently went on a trip with Eurostral and had a mixed experience. The customer service was good, but there were a few issues with the itinerary. Some of the activities mentioned were not available, and we had to make last-minute changes. The accommodations were comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an average trip.
