Med Tours is an average company. The services provided were satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. I expected a bit more professionalism and organization, but overall it was an okay experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, the communication with the staff could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow and there were a few miscommunications that caused some confusion. In terms of value for money, it was decent, but I've had better experiences with other tour companies. Overall, I would rate Med Tours as average.
