I recently purchased some livestock from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of animals to choose from. The ordering process was straightforward, and I received confirmation emails for my order. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions about the livestock, but it took a while to get a response and the answers were not very helpful. The shipping of the animals was decent, with them arriving in good condition. However, I did have a small issue with one of the animals, and it was difficult to get a satisfactory resolution from the company. The quality of the livestock was average, nothing extraordinary. Overall, Livestockcity is an average company with room for improvement in their customer service and issue resolution.
