I have been using the metro in Kharkiv for a while now, and I find it convenient and efficient. The trains are usually on time, and the ticket prices are affordable. The only downside is the occasional overcrowding, especially during peak hours. But that's expected in a busy city like Kharkiv. Overall, a great transportation option!
