I had a mixed experience with the Academy of Pastry Arts India. While the courses were informative and the instructors were knowledgeable, I felt that the class sizes were too large, which made it difficult to receive individual attention. Additionally, the facilities could have been better maintained. However, I did learn some valuable techniques and recipes during my time there.
