I recently purchased some lighting fixtures from this company for a renovation project. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and the staff seemed a bit unhelpful. 🤔 The quality of the products was average, but nothing extraordinary. The pricing was reasonable, though. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality.
