I recently purchased a robotic arm from Dew Robotics and Automation and have been using it for a while now. The arm is working perfectly and has made our production process much smoother. However, the setup process was a bit challenging as the documentation provided was not very detailed. It would have been helpful to have more guidance during the installation. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the product and its performance.
