I have been a customer of Semiconductor & Electronics Industries in the Philippines Foundation, Inc. (SEIPI) for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they have a good range of products and competitive prices, their customer service can be a bit slow at times. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
