I've been with Transfield services for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the company offers competitive compensation and benefits, I find the management to be a bit disorganized. There's room for improvement in terms of communication and employee support. However, the company provides a decent work-life balance, and I've had some positive experiences with my colleagues.
