I recently purchased from this company and I must say I had a mixed experience. 😐 Initially, their website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the delivery took longer than expected and there was a lack of communication from their end. 😔 When I finally received my order, it was in good condition and matched the description on the website. The customer service was average, as they were polite but lacked a proactive approach. Overall, I would rate this company as average. 😐 While they have some positives, the delays and lack of communication did affect my experience. I hope they can improve their customer service and provide a more streamlined delivery process in the future. 🤞
