I recently visited a healthcare facility in Turkey and unfortunately, I must say my experience was quite average. While the staff was polite and professional, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. The waiting times were frustratingly long and the organization seemed lacking. The website provided some information, but it lacked user-friendliness and important details were hard to find. Additionally, the facilities could use some improvement, as they felt outdated and in need of renovation. On a positive note, the medical care I received was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I found this healthcare group to be just average in terms of service and facilities. I hope they make some improvements to enhance the overall patient experience in the future.
