🏢 The condominium management company I recently hired was quite average in terms of their services. Although they have a user-friendly website, I expected more from them. The communication was decent, but there were often delays in their responses, which was a bit frustrating. 😕 They did handle maintenance issues promptly, but some of the repair work was not up to par. The staff was friendly enough, but I felt that there was a lack of attention to detail. The company did, however, provide regular updates about community events and initiatives, which was a nice touch. Overall, they did an okay job, but there is definitely room for improvement. 🏢
