I recently tried out a software from a Swiss academic solutions provider and I have mixed feelings about it. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about the product. However, I found the overall experience to be just average. The software had some useful features, but I felt that it lacked innovation and could have been more user-friendly. The technical support was prompt in responding to my queries, but I would have appreciated more detailed and helpful responses. In terms of pricing, it was on the higher side compared to similar products in the market. While the software served its purpose adequately, I was left wanting more. It is an okay option for academic needs, but there are definitely better alternatives available out there.
