I recently went on a trip with Eurostral, viagens e turismo , lda and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was good, but the overall organization and planning of the trip could have been better. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. The accommodations were decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an okay trip.
