I cannot speak highly enough of Espaço Marcelo Mendonça. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve your fitness goals. The studio itself is modern and clean, creating a pleasant and enjoyable environment to work out in. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance since starting here. Highly recommended!
