I had a less than satisfactory experience at Leogrand hotel & casino batumi. The room was not up to par, with outdated furniture and a lack of cleanliness. The staff were unresponsive to guest needs and seemed disinterested in providing good service. The location, however, was convenient and the casino was decent. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor quality of the room and service.
