I had a mixed experience with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Ireland. While some aspects were good, others left a lot to be desired. The website dfa.ie was well-designed and easy to navigate. However, the response time for inquiries was quite slow, and the customer service was not as helpful as I would have liked. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
