I recently had the opportunity to work with <company's name> for my real estate needs. 🏢 I must say that my experience was average. It took several days for them to get back to me with answers to my queries. Moreover, the level of customer service was decent but not exceptional. The agents were polite and professional, but I felt that they lacked the personal touch and attention to detail that I was hoping for. In terms of property suggestions, they did provide a decent range of options, although I found that some of them did not meet my specific requirements.
