I have been a customer of The Sentiment for a while now and I must say their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but there is nothing outstanding about it. I expected more from a company that claims to be the best in the industry. The customer service response time is also average, sometimes it takes them a while to get back to me. Overall, the experience has been satisfactory, but I wouldn't say it's excellent. It's just average.
