Traditional Breads is an average company. Their products are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I was expecting more flavor and freshness from their breads. The overall quality is just okay. However, their customer service is excellent. They are very responsive and helpful. I had a small issue with one of my orders, and they handled it promptly and professionally. I appreciate their efforts in resolving the matter. Overall, Traditional Breads is an average choice.
