👍 I recently used the services from B2s and they were quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found the overall customer support to be just satisfactory. The response time to my inquiries was average and the assistance provided was also not exceptional. It felt like they were just doing the bare minimum. The quality of the services provided was decent, but nothing stood out or impressed me. There was no wow factor. I expected a little more personalized attention and expertise from a business support service, but unfortunately, it was lacking. The pricing was reasonable and competitive, though. Overall, I would rate them as an average company with room for improvement in the customer experience. 😐
