As a customer, I recently sought the services of a law firm and came across this company's website. The experience was average overall. The website was informative, and I was able to find the information I needed easily. However, the responsiveness of the staff could have been better. It took a while to receive a response to my initial inquiry, which was a bit frustrating. Once I did engage with the firm, though, the lawyers were knowledgeable and professional. They provided good advice and guidance throughout the process. The fees were reasonable, considering the quality of service provided. In terms of communication, while not outstanding, they were clear and kept me updated on the progress of the case. While my experience wasn't exceptional, it was satisfactory, and I would consider using their services again if needed.
