I've been a customer of Associacao gaucha para desenvolvimento do varejo for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a decent selection of products, I often find their prices to be higher than what I can find elsewhere. Additionally, their customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes I encounter helpful representatives, other times I'm met with indifference. Overall, it's an okay company, but nothing exceptional.
